It's a new day
But the pain is still here ,
What I do what I say
This pain won't disappear ~
Go away go away
Is what I keep wishing ,
In my bed I lay
In the fetal position ~
Wounds still fresh
That were given years ago ,
Behind this flesh
The pain continues to grow ~
Even though I write
The pain I can't escape ,
It hurts everynight
As i lie awake ~
These inner cries
That no one can hear ,
Tears from these eyes
I can't see clear ~
I sleep awake
Avoiding my dreams ,
A toll it takes
Painful silent screams ~
Was once loved
Now scared in unseen ways ,
No answers from above
Lost in a painful maze ~
These days get worse
And nobody cares ,
This pain is a curse
My life in despair ~
I may seem alive
But really I'm dead ,
You don't know these eyes
And the pain i've bled ~
Search for a cure
But none to be found ,
This pain so pure
My knees on the ground ~
It's a new day
But everything's the same ,
This pain won't go away
