unmarked grave
Graves have been dug
Tombs have been etched
Funerals have been planned
Death has visited
Death has taken
Leaving a soul behind
To rot and wilter
Punishment
For believing in love
For believing in life
Half alive
Half dead
She walks through the graveyard
Envious
Of those buried here
At peace
With the scent of decay
She lays down next to an unmarked stone
Breathing in the cold withered air
Waiting for death to carve her name
Waiting for death to free her
Into her grave
Tombs have been etched
Funerals have been planned
Death has visited
Death has taken
Leaving a soul behind
To rot and wilter
Punishment
For believing in love
For believing in life
Half alive
Half dead
She walks through the graveyard
Envious
Of those buried here
At peace
With the scent of decay
She lays down next to an unmarked stone
Breathing in the cold withered air
Waiting for death to carve her name
Waiting for death to free her
Into her grave
