Optimism

The funny thing about the "bottom" is that it can always get deeper, you always have a little bit further you can fall.

You wake up late because your electricity went out duriong the night and your alarm reset itself, then on your way to work you get rear ended and arrive an hour late, and then your boss fires you.

It can only get better right?
So you think until you arrive home from work to find your girl blowing some other dude in your bed.

Surely it cant get any worse now, right?
Not if its her place.

Now you find yourself out of a job a girl and a place to live, with diminishing certainty you think "God, Please. surely this is the worst, it has to get better>"

Then the sky opens up, raining like all holy hell, your phone rings and the police ask you to come to the station and identify the body they believe to be your little brother.

Still think it can only get better?
