A little voice inside of my head
Keep telling me let it go, let it go
But every time I try the pain
Rushing through my body and veins
Like the morphine withdrawal
Addicted to this twisted game
Pulls me back into the same
Addiction and game of shame

Too late you say as my body
Has been taken over by
Your poisonous love games
Stuck in my empty dreams
There is no way getting away
As hard as I try I keep falling
Back into the same dark pit
And those painful mistakes again

This love like a sad song
Has played my heart till it
Bleeds to the last drop
Feeling all the pain rushing
Through my body and veins
Like the morphine withdrawal
I’m addicted to your humiliation
And poisonous love pain

A blurry vision every time
I try to reach out to you for just a bit
And you disappear in the thin air
As I fall down to the dark pit
That pulls me closer to you and
Poisons my heart and soul with
Empty dreams and hopes as I’m addicted
To your poisonous and awful love pain
