My Haitian pearls
I sit here with this pearled necklace,
that was given to me as a blessing,
The deep depths of my heart they did find,
with the love that was embraced,
the experiences and the love and
yet now something is wrong,
my first pearl no longer has my song.
I hold my pearl necklace attached to my heart,
when the orginal pearl disappeared
and tears rolled down my cheeks
so many times,
in search of my pearl and it came to my mind,
and although I miss him,
and think about him sometimes,
he left this beautiful
necklace that is spiritually in the depths of my heart.
My Haitian pearls they continue to change,
and are God's tool for showing me my blessings me every day.
So dear God please watch over
the first pearl of this song,
and as I continue to sing
life does carry on.
that was given to me as a blessing,
The deep depths of my heart they did find,
with the love that was embraced,
the experiences and the love and
yet now something is wrong,
my first pearl no longer has my song.
I hold my pearl necklace attached to my heart,
when the orginal pearl disappeared
and tears rolled down my cheeks

in search of my pearl and it came to my mind,
and although I miss him,
and think about him sometimes,

necklace that is spiritually in the depths of my heart.
My Haitian pearls they continue to change,
and are God's tool for showing me my blessings me every day.
So dear God please watch over
the first pearl of this song,
and as I continue to sing
life does carry on.
