Scene One: Dance of a Lifetime, With a Thud to the Head
I gave you my trust, I gave you a chance,
You wavered slightly, I reclaimed the last dance,
You swayed one way, away from me,
Now our paths are different, you played with me.
I said "I hate you," you wondered why,
How thick skulled are you, to understand I want you to die.
Don't call me again, you dimwitted fuck,
Burn the way I did, I'll whisper "tough luck."
You'll come crawling back, just like bugs do,
Screeching "please take me back, I won't hurt you."
Did you ever think, about what you did to me?
While I was suffering, you were on a woman shopping spree.
You kept me locked in a cage, and all I needed was release.
But I've developed myself, to adjust without you,
Now that you're here, my world is being consumed,
There's a clouding in my head, I can't seem to stand,
Your soul it fills my very insides, teaching me right from wrong.
But you're judgement is the worst to befall.
"Please leave me alone, before I explode,
Your existence hurts, bury me alone,
Didn't you notice you're the one who left me?
Don't come back, I'm not on your pedigree,
We're done now, it's over, don't use me how you like,
Can't you leave me alone? Why won't you just die?!"
I thought you cared at one point, but that was a lie,
When you asked how I was feeling, that was a ploy to be on your bedside.
But I'm not clueless I knew, what crept in your mind,
Those mind games you play don't work with someone on the experienced side.
I pushed through your act, I persevered,
I analyzed and noticed, about this creeping fear.
But that's average, What did I expect?
For you to be unique and for me to be the only one in your head?
No not at all, you're just like the rest,
Wanting the girls with the big behind and breasts,
A perfect face to top it all off,
That's why I was left alone and forgotten of.
But it's okay, I realize now, that in this life I live,
There will be things you need to figure out,
Hate and love, such petty things,
While life and death are the inescapable reality.
