Ups and downs
Smiles and frown
The living most look up with hope and believe
For there's always a silver lining in the sky

At that very moment when we feel weak
That time when our strength seems to fail
That's when we ought to summon the courage within
Knowing fully well that we only fall to rise again
And failing is only an indication that we can win

Like the birds we must rise in the morning and sing
