Of woe,
That follows ..



When you become mindful

That everything horrible,

Corrupt,
and
problematic
In your life ..

Is no one's fault but
Your own.





When you assess every situation..



Take responsibility
And
realize the issues

You have,
are caused by
The choices you've made.


All the walls crash down
And
you look around
Only to see
Yourself existing in the
Midst of ruin ..

Where all is upside down
And out of control.



When you finally admit

You have hurt yourself
And damaged so many
Others..

The floodgates release

And

there is nothing
More to do but drown
In the pain
You've sealed away for
So long.




Sleepless..

Head aching with
Turmoil ..
Pillow damp
With a river of emotions.



I deserve nothing
More then this pain.



I paved my path


With
Hurt
Lies
Broken hearts
And addiction ..


Now I make my way
Backwards
In hopes to repair
All the destruction
I left behind me ..

So one day I may be free.
