The Stars.
"I was happy just a moment ago,
the stars were so bright...
but now I'm down again,
the stars are out of sight"
"Where are your stars now?" he prudishly smirked,
"Where is your god?" I returned with such haste, as if I was prepared for such sarcasm that usually ringed from his lips at this time of the hour.
"My God is within me.."
"And so to are the stars for I"
He knew very well the evidence to my sentence, the carbon, nitrogen and oxygen atoms in our bodies were once created from previous generations of stars. And with an unsatisfied shrug and a noise of some sort, he left what could of been a hefty debate for a remark of which I spoke.
"I'll feel, experience, aspire to and live by
my universe, while you can believe in your god."
