Virulent and volatile,
Venomous.
Sharp and bitter, nauseating
Eyes heavy, barely breathing
Head spinning, an injection so
Intoxicating.
Cough. Exhale vapor.
Heart beats faster— lean back
Relax. This moment should be
Savored.
Enjoy it while it lasts.
Because it won’t last forever.
