Darker Space 1: the question
She called
And taught me a lesson
She called
And asked me a question
She wanted a way out
And in her hand she had a pass
To enter a rocket pointing away
She had two and she asked
Would I like to leave these four walls
And find a place called home
She said she was going
And didn’t want to go alone
Tired of the nights she would defend
And the days of attack
She warned if we left
We would not come back
She called the only person
Whom she wanted a new start
She called the one who understood
And she was breaking my heart
Asking me to leave my family
Forget all I know
She asked me because
I wanted to go
But I am more than her only one
More than her best friend
And I will not let this be
How the story ends
And taught me a lesson
She called
And asked me a question
She wanted a way out
And in her hand she had a pass
To enter a rocket pointing away
She had two and she asked
Would I like to leave these four walls
And find a place called home
She said she was going
And didn’t want to go alone
Tired of the nights she would defend
And the days of attack
She warned if we left
We would not come back
She called the only person
Whom she wanted a new start
She called the one who understood
And she was breaking my heart
Asking me to leave my family
Forget all I know
She asked me because
I wanted to go
But I am more than her only one
More than her best friend
And I will not let this be
How the story ends
