A Love So Malnourished
Wanting to touch your skin
Needing to hear your voice
Knowing this love is a sin
Understanding I have no choice
This love is so cachexic
Malnourished from the lack of touch
Feed my love; it's almost cultic
Hearts starving for more; nonesuch
Survival's so hard to manage
Malnourishment errodes my soul
It's love and touch I must pillage
Feeding my needs; no time to condole

(cachexic: ka-chec-xic meaning ill health, emaciation, weakened body, most severe form of malnourishment) This is one of my favorite "nursing" words.
