Marriage
Marriage seems to me to be Nerevar; Moon and Star - Hot and Cold. It is when two people seem to be a pair: not one organism working as one but two fish going their own way but connected none the less. Not chained together doomed to drag each other down, or bound by gold and garlands to never see darkness or sorrow and only see through rose tinted glass houses.
The everyday parts of Marriage are: Familiarity, Journey (Hills and Valleys, highs and lows), Argument and Agreement, Give and Take through Compromise, Love in all its splendid and unsplendid forms, Shaped by each event but never reducicle to one event, and through health, wealth and happiness and their counterparts.
