Salvation Unseen

Like so many times before
A dirty alibi infiltrates the lifeblood
That faith hesitates to disclose
Insecure harmony, unchained redemption
Lost time glides across a dim future

Chasing myths on the road to legends past
False paranoia breeds wandering illusions
Sanity cries at the gates of madness

This is where the unwanted is cast aside

Stitches in my mind, memory unbound
Quench the thirst of my nevermore
I bear this shining upon me

Compromise flown astray
I dance on temptation's blade
Devotion filters a cleansed life
My last sunset yearns to survive

Fate held back all these years
Can't help but inhale my destiny
Salvation breathes deeply within me
