I only smoke when I drink
I only drink to get high
I smoke to get high when I'm drunk
and I only share when I'm baked.

I only pop when I'm thirsty
so I can get a glass of water
and I'm only thirsty
from the cottonmouth.

I only fuck when I'm horny
or for the money I'm paid
to buy the drugs in the booze
that allow me to do my job.

I only care when it's court ordered
and I only work for one thing
for the love and protection
my addictions never give .

I only do one thing
that connects all these things
I do what suits me
I just survive.
