I shouldn't have ignored the signs
You only talk to me when she's not around
I usually try not to regret things i do
I never thought i would be your rebound
Last night i had to break it off with you
I just felt that she gets more of your undivided attention
Who knows who was there first
All i know is she has the label and i have to accept it
I didn't want us to be this way
And i kind of didn't want it to be an "US" anyway
Because i was dreading for this day
But once again i have to accept it
I'm not the type to just leave without any good-bye like you
I wish i never shared my feelings between us two
Because now i know where i stand with you
At least i think i do
I'd rather be standing hand in hand with you
But right now i think its to soon
I'm only doing this for my own good by subtracting myself from the situation
I was never good at math but i know its better than addition
This must be a habit of yours because its not in my tuition
But for now it doesn't feel right with you
I thought that i could ride with you
But i see you ain't driving
So you tossed the keys to me and left me in silence
And here i am on a long road to no where
But if its true love for us then we'll find each other somewhere

I refuse to be depressed over you
