Everything has rules! Some make life easy so you don't have to reinvent the wheel. Later you can get a hover-board.

Google   Poetry....rhyme and meter
   Poetry....alliteration and assonance
   Poetry ...resonance
   Poetry ...internal rhyming

It will make your life a lot easier. Told you there would be a price young man.;-)

When you know the rules then you can bend or break them to send your message.

Haha I don't know how but I just saw this and that so weird do me. I won't google them because this is like free verse. Every thing I write just happens. I don't even thing of a topic that much till the first line spills out of me. I do not share your rules of poetry. There should be no rules.
