There is no me in Team but theres we
There is no I in Team but theres us,
Dream the same dream, steam the same sweat
we go to big extremes to uplift our positive regime
and since we are a team we dont have a problem with a self esteem
i mean, having your own glory is too mainstream
and the theme to scheme is a much narrow daydream
us, we are a team, who should all take the buss when the limo breaks down, and discuss among eachother when there is any distrust and if there is allow us to adjust, its a must, cause us,
we are a team...
Teamwork is the ability to work as a group toward a common vision, even if that vision becomes extremely blurry in a hurry,
dont worry, well make our own decisions we are the judge and the jury, together everyone achives more and more...
there should never be no me in team cause there is we,
as a team we can be whatever we want to be and unlock doors with our snyc team commitment key, im sure you agree?
Keeping together is progress and working together is success.

to be a team, weather it be for a working enviornment, a relationship or sports;one needs everything you stated. loved it.

To be a "team" requires something not definable. When the Detroit pro-basketball team had Mr. Bing, a few years ago, they also had anotgher player making a million dollars (or something like that). But Detroit did not even get close to the NBA finals. Why? They were not really a team (yet). That non-definable something was not there yet. You have a good poem here, with a remarkable intuition for rhyming. Nice work.
