Rebecca

An ode to your voice,
As it tickles my ear,
A wonderful melody,
I continue to hear.

Your eyes are enchanting,
I am willing to behold,
The full power they contain,
A power I can withhold.

Your words are a walkway,
I walk on so silently,
Because if I were too loud,
I couldn't hear them, I need to walk quietly.

Your touch is beyond what I can perceive,
Beyond any euphoria I can receive,
Your touch brings me to the magical road,
Of life with you, for you, with you to hold.

I cannot tell where we could be headed,
Your name I'm afraid is more than embedded,
Your name should just as well be branded,
On the skin of this man who will not leave you empty-handed.

Given that you are not perfect,
Given that now I am not worth it,
Given that we fought today,
It is given that you take my breathe away.

I give my life to you and all I ask is that you stay,
We wouldn't fight and wouldn't argue if I ever had my way,
But you are first, in every place,
And if we leave, it's your case.

She never saw this.
