Bury Me in the Deep
Bury me in the deep.
Where I will rest, and stay.
Announce my life to no one.
As the sky falls to grey.
Carry me to my remain.
There is no one left of me to pay.
Bury me in the deep.
A place I shall not stray.
Because I'm going now, and you cannot follow.
Do not try to pray.
Bury me in the deep.
I'm lost now forever.
Death has fallen in my eyes.
And, the deep cuts have no tether.
There was no place for me.
As I'm sent in stormy weather.
Here comes the snow as it falls on soon fogotten grave.

The author encourages honest critique.
No matter what other topics people write on, it is these poems which always terrify me. I refuse to 'like' a single one on the topic, no matter how well written.

No, actually, I refuse to 'like' other poets' work on the same topic as well, and even if I don't know the person outside the poem it still scares me and makes me want to help.
But yes, the fear is much sharper because it's you.
