In my head
As I sit here in the dark[/font]
I can’t help but think of where it all went wrong [/font]
Alone, cold, pathetic it’s all I have [/font]
I just wish someone out there would see me as I am [/font]
Yes I can make you laugh [/font]
Yes I can hurt you [/font]
I want you to decide which [/font]
Your there across the room [/font]
My silent shouts go unanswered [/font]
Your signals either leave me with scars or send me to nirvana[/font]
Sure I would love to take the initiative and have you all to myself [/font]
But I can’t since you have it [/font]
The Perfect Flaw[/font]
I still can't believe it whenever I look at you [/font]
Why I ask myself sometimes too loudly [/font]
But as the days roll on I wish too many things[/font]
I wish I never saw you [/font]
I wish we never met[/font]

I do it everyday [/font]

dang, this really spoke to me.
i can totally relate to this poem...
i love it when relationships can do that, bring some of your best work out in the hardest of times.
