Yesterday is still fresh in my memory
Delicious, filling the empty now
Crackling electricity plays upon the lips, pondering
Still sweet tasting with their tender touch
Basking in a lovers warmth
Yet, there is still the niggling ache
The feelings of abandonment
That knows but does not feel your touch
Does not feel the warmth of your body
Yesterday should be today
With today living each day into infinity
Unashamed thoughts of entanglements heated moments
Tripping willingly about the mind
Wrestling in passions embrace
Lovers enjoying a brief sojourn upon hayfields of laughter
