world war 2

"Don't sleep" she said
talking to her mom,
the Nazi soldier cam over
their hearts sounded like the tick of a bomb.

the night was dark
so cold and dead,
he gave them portians
of soup and bread.

the smell of burning flesh
filled the calm breeze,
her mom was crying
and began to weeze.

she was afraid
of what he will do,
will she be ok?
will she pull through?

the same soldier
had raped her the night before,
she had a sigh of releif
as he left the door.

after they ate
they were sent to bed,
"every things going to be ok"
the lady beside her had said.

the next morning
they heard the bell,
everywhere they looked
"this really is hell".

"line up" the soldier said
as they all got in lines,
he beat her mom
until she almost died.

He called out 4 peoples numbers
to burn in the fire,
the cries grew bigger
the smoke flew higher.

"where is god"
everyone was shouting,
"where is god"
they began doubting.

everyone was beat
almost everyone was sick,
they chained them to the walls
and beat them with sticks.

all day they had to work
some tried to run,
in the end was horrible
to see them be hung.

the look in their eyes
the blood all over,
some died instantly
the girl said, "is the world really over".

with bodies and hearts broken
seeing their friends burn alive,
their dignity and religion
all their belongings were deprived.

they all felt bare
with only few shoes,
most of them had none
their feet turned blue.

"what is happening
what did we do",
everyone asked all around
none had a clue.

everyone was sick
sick of pain and tears,
they woke up every morning
with the feelings of hate and fear.

all you can hear
was kids screaming in fire,
they couldn't run
the fence was all barbwire.

but as the war ended
everyone left to the chambers,
not knowing what they are getting into
nothing but danger.
