my angel
I look to you I look to you my angel
I know you are there
you protect me from harm
when I no longer care
I feel your mercy
when I long to let go
you fight off my demons
so graceful and slow
occasionally you touch me
I reach for your hand
the hour glass is full
the bottom empty with sand
when my time has come
your mighty wings I’ll embrace
I will look into the eyes
of your skeletal face
their almost like fire
glowing with power
now the hour glass has turned
I’m living life by the hour
I look to you my angel
in this hour of need
a fatal heart attack has come
you watched as I bleed
you stayed with me there
right until the end
so thank you for the comfort
my skeletal friend my angel

I have read all your poems and you are extremely gifted. I hope you can take all you inner turmoil and hurt and turn it into something positive through your gift of writing. If you can't try to do that, try to find a therapist who can help you go forward positively by working through the past.
