selfish me..

the deepest scars i wont forget,
the scarlet i watched fall will never be regretted.
pain endured and heartache suffered will never be forgotten,
and as days press on,
i just force the blade deeper in..

further and further through my veins,
not caring of pain...
wishing something would sever and i can pass,
or alas someone comes to my rescue and saves me from myself..

but i don't foresee this happening,
so i just beg a god i don't believe in to give me something,
someone to love and care for,
but to no avail,
just left alone and broken..
