I saw a ufo this morning
The government said it was global warming
Just pollution in the sky
A trick of the eye
The newsreader said so shifty and sly
I saw a ufo this morning
They beamed me up aboard
Attached me to a strange machine
As I dangled from a cord
I saw a ufo this morning
I looked at the earth from above
A creature penetrated my mind
and we started making love
I saw a ufo this morning
and we flew into the sun
Past meteors and star systems
We played I spy just for fun
I saw a ufo this morning
Now I'm walking like John Wayne
They asked me why we destroy our planet
Why humans are insane
I saw a ufo this morning
Now I've lost track of time
The creatures planned to help the earth
But now they've changed there mind
Because of the human way
Selfless decay
Corporate greed, planting the seed
illegal wars,fascist laws
Hate not love
Humanity deserves everything its got
So they've left us alone
On this earth to rot

Now I'm walking like John Wayne
I like the joke here about anal probes and walking funny afterwards. OR it could be interpreted, especially after the aliens quizzed their captive about why humans are sooo self-destructive, it could be interpreted as "Walking like John Wayne..." just above it all... past humanity's temporary condition and all that we do.
