THE ONE...
Hey my brother, look here!
This is the one whom I talk about
The one whose smiles sit on dimples
The one with a joyful heart and infectious smile
The one whose palms are so soft and tender like a day old baby
The one whose feet are polished with sapphire
The one who walks with feline grace
The one whose voice is so tender and like a soft breeze of the night
The one whose speech is seasoned with wisdom
The one whose beauty is beyond makeup and designers’ wears
The one whose eyes are like a sparkling diamond
The one whose sole desire is to be a virtuous woman for God and the fortunate man
The one who fears God and lead a chaste life
The one who gave Virtue her bosom for a dwelling place
The one who commune with the Holy Spirit before taking a step
The one who lives for the well-being of the poor
The one who has wept when the less privileged children has cried
The one who says “Until we show them how much we care through charity, they won’t know how much we love them
The one who keeps my heart awake even when I’m asleep
The one who has introduced me into a new way of living where love matters
The one who has held me prisoner desiring her worth
The one whom I’m hungered to share my royal name with!
“Sorry brother, why so much interest on this woman you call ‘The One?”
The truth is that, among the many that mine eyes have seen
Not one whose flame my heart so much as warmed but this ‘One’
Alas, anyone worth spending your life with is worth fighting for.
“And, if I may ask to know, what is her name? Hope I’m not asking too much?”
It’s okay! If you wish and demand to know, I will tell you and the world at large.
Her precious name is…Oh, God help…me… Ok, Sarah Malla Sasime is her name.
“Can I see her picture or photograph?”
Of course you can. Go to my timeline on facebook and you’ll see the face of the One
Who has launched a thousand ships of desire at the shores of my heart?
“And…”
Please, no further question. Leave me to my desire brother!
