The right person(?)
Please, tell me something.
This question has me burning,
With the fury of the flames.
The very thought sends my stomach churning.
Could I ever leave?
I'm suffocating, so please.
All my prayers have been but scabs on my knees.
Would it be alright,
To leave?
I'm always dreaming of the trees,
Pure green against the deep blue sky.
I want to be deep in love,
Just holding her and feeling the ocean breeze.
Would it be ok,
To search for my own happiness?
To run away I mean,
And find the scene full of gleam.
I just want a romance so deep,
The gods would become jealous.
Yet one apart from the world,
Where we could find true sleep.
Please tell me.
If I ran away,
Would you stay,
Or would you come see the world?
(this half at least)
I want to leave this place.
So synthetic and suffocating.
Yet I don't thing I would ever find love in the wild.
So what can one do,
But wait...
And wait....
And wait.....
......Ad infinitum......
