Serial Seductress

A collection of whims
that's all they are,
not names but numbers

I don't discriminate,
numbers are numbers after all
and all demographics are welcome

Male, female,
black, latino, caucasian or asian
it's all the same to me

It's not a matter of pretty faces
in this sea of humanity,
my ocean of ones
on this ever increasing counter

It's not a matter of love or lust
it's all about impulse,
amassing numbers
one whim at a time

It's a game
and for as long as I've played
I've yet to find a challenge,
a prime number as it were,
a one above the pack

So I continue to take my pick,
not searching for resistance
but curious as to it's possible existence.
