Thy Soul Remains
Forsaken is the light upon thine eyes
Transfixed beyond a dead poets sacred lies
That bleeds of rust infecting love
And shines of black below, above
It paints true beauty unto thee
For you my darling, come to me
Embrace the darkness calling you
For peace for none is all but true
Betray the heavens with hate enduring
The wine of gods is all but pouring
Thoust cup is empty by the hour
Such purity, thine rotting power
I'll share thy bed of vines and thorns
To awake reborn and bloom with scorn
Trust thine bud of tainted chains
Thy soul is mine and all remains
Dance gracefully inside the rain
And find the doors between the plains
Inviting romance from the stars
Placing kisses, tasting scars
Crimson lining amidst December snow
None shall question, never know
Listen softly to thine own lullaby
To forever mourn our last good-bye
Transfixed beyond a dead poets sacred lies
That bleeds of rust infecting love
And shines of black below, above
It paints true beauty unto thee
For you my darling, come to me
Embrace the darkness calling you
For peace for none is all but true
Betray the heavens with hate enduring
The wine of gods is all but pouring
Thoust cup is empty by the hour
Such purity, thine rotting power

To awake reborn and bloom with scorn
Trust thine bud of tainted chains

And find the doors between the plains

Placing kisses, tasting scars
Crimson lining amidst December snow

Listen softly to thine own lullaby
To forever mourn our last good-bye
