Why Did't I?

Why didn't  I realize that
you was there the whole time
standing right beside me
I suppose I was to blinded by someone
he was nice yet he kept me at arms length all the time
once a friend intervenes it gets all messed up
and confusing yet you still listened to that friend instead of
coming to me
you pushed me away even further even though
you knew deep down that you were just
afraid to get closer to me
it scared you so much you had
pushed me into the pit
it hurt a lot actually to be there
but I got pulled out by someone else
he helped me see that there are far more better
guy out there for me
thank you for helping me stand up
when I felt so drained and unhappy
always think positive you told me
your my motivation to keep on moving forward
