From Hades To Hell

These wheels on the bus
are meant to go round and round
but this bus is lost and never found,
the wheels screech and make a
demonic screaming sort of sound.

When the brakes are applied
gravity becomes a bitch,
you fly through the air via
imaginary rubble and bricks.

As I sit on this death trap
I start to think
this trip worth
it is the price to steep?

I could of walked
I could have cycled
the bus driver
is a bloody psycho!

You could cut the tension
with a lightsaber
no way am I paying
£4.20 for a day saver?

A swamp of soggy
ripped up bus tickets
meet my feet at the ground,
a graveyard for trees
just silence no sound.

Chewed up,
spat out bubble-gum
stuck to the floor,
if I can get past these passengers
I can get to the door.

Your daily metro
full of murder and hate
these people i applaud you,
where once you were kind
considerate and great,
now you all got I-phones
your all bloody late.

Now the passengers are looking nervous
because this bus driver has a purpose,
it can’t be long before
this bus is out of service?

With courage and will
I reached out and pressed the bell,
and so ends this nightmare
from hades to hell.
