Emotionful Soul

The inner part
Of the soul they say
Is the one that which
Feelings convey
But how do I reach it
To let them all out
's'it a slow process
Or a quick frightened shout

I can't hold it longer
I'm gonna explode
I just am not able
Can carry this load
Please help rid of me
This burden that's on
My shoulders of darkness
