Not Just A Hug..
A hug that wasn’t just a hug
One that lasted almost forever
As if time had frozen
In those few seconds
As my toes rose from the ground
I felt like I was flying
Soaring…with my feet
Inches above the ground
My face buried in your neck
As you continued to turn
I wonder if you noticed
The world as it froze
Maybe the people just stop and stared
If any of them were to care
3 months we had missed one another
Torn from each other
Now we had a chance
This moment was worth the wait
Time only preserved our joy
Nut now the world continued to turn
As my touches reached the ground
And your grasp released me
But this time I don’t want to be free..
One that lasted almost forever
As if time had frozen
In those few seconds
As my toes rose from the ground
I felt like I was flying
Soaring…with my feet
Inches above the ground
My face buried in your neck
As you continued to turn
I wonder if you noticed
The world as it froze
Maybe the people just stop and stared
If any of them were to care
3 months we had missed one another
Torn from each other
Now we had a chance
This moment was worth the wait
Time only preserved our joy
Nut now the world continued to turn
As my touches reached the ground
And your grasp released me
But this time I don’t want to be free..
