Longing For Something Unknown
The endless hunger begins to consume
Longing for the sensation all have spoken of, but rarely felt
But the question is from whom
Who will satisfy my ever- growing hunger?
The eternal thirst overwhelms
Yearning for a sip of the delectable unknown
But the question is where I will find it amid these realms
Who will quench my everlasting thirst?
Countless will be affected
Innocent hearts will be torn and glistening tears will be shed
But all will be forgotten
These results, will they ever cease?
Will I ever reach satisfaction?
Will my heart ever beat for what is right?
Out, will this forsaken curse ever be driven?
This knowledge, I lack, but utterly long for
This is basically a rewrite of "A Vampyre's Enquiries." I started out wanting to write something like this, but ended up with my first version instead. After receiving a comment that shared my exact thoughts I decided I needed a rewrite, so here it is.
