I close my eyes so tight
And pray with all my might
Help me do what should be

Love is all around me
But, love is out of sight
Shocked, and awe,
This thing...it cannot be

The closeness, is no more
We now, are miles apart
An empty shell...alone is me
The bond, has now been broken
