Happy Now
Behind the car wheel.
Staring at a broken bridge.
Lately there has been nothing you can feel.
It'll be easy to drive your care off the ledge.
The warning signs are flimsy.
You can break through it.
Maybe after you're gone they might see.
But you highly doubt it.
So you shift gears,
And gain speed.
Now you won't have to worry about what they did, all your fears.
You don't really want to do this, it's actually more so a need.
Right as you go off,
You remember the good times.
You just turn your head and cough.
And your smile, it shines.
You're so happy,
And that makes me glad now that you see,
Now that you'll come join me.
This is better than anything else, as you're dying, you're living life at it's best.
Now maybe, you can close your tired eyes, and get some rest.
