Be Careful
It’s rather unlike you to call me baby
It’s more than likely you choose to call me crazy
Underneath us
Right and left now maybe
Never silent
But virtues are hazy
Now I’ve learned to trust
This feeling of absence and waiting
The place in which I’ve begun debating
We say we’re beautiful
But we’ve got the most grotesque intentions
And we carry ourselves so most careful
As though the great man’s idea was our invention
Sick and twisted, lost but sly
Settle in to your sunken lies
And try to alleviate the pain that cries
And the anger that pries
At your unsatisfactory concentration
It’s more than likely you choose to call me crazy
Underneath us
Right and left now maybe
Never silent
But virtues are hazy
Now I’ve learned to trust
This feeling of absence and waiting
The place in which I’ve begun debating
We say we’re beautiful
But we’ve got the most grotesque intentions
And we carry ourselves so most careful
As though the great man’s idea was our invention
Sick and twisted, lost but sly
Settle in to your sunken lies
And try to alleviate the pain that cries
And the anger that pries
At your unsatisfactory concentration
