Voodoo Dolls

When your beauty fades,
You’ll understand what I feel,
I push my feelings onto you,
Or run you over till you squeal,
I’ve been holding back my feelings,
While those other girls pranced along,
I’ve watched and waited,
And you only look at me wrong,
What’s wrong with me being in the shadows?,
I’m just playing voodoo by myself,
Stabbing all those girls in the chest,
So they feel the pain I felt,
You wonder why they left you,
And committed a sin the next day,
I hung them with a string,
Because to them your beauty didn’t stay,
Sure it was me behind the scenes,
Doing as I pleased,
But if you noticed me before,
Maybe you’d be happier and notice we were meant to be.
But in truth I suppose,
It was all a lie,
My life was meant to torture you,
Till you decided to die.
Now I have a beautiful doll,
Strapped to a thread,
In another world,
You’ll soon be sent.
If only you noticed my glances in your way,
Maybe then I wouldn’t be choking you till you feel no pain,
But now I must say,
Now that you’re gone,
I’ve always hated your beauty,
Because I was the one born wrong.
