I had to come back and reread this a few times, because it was so smooth that I knew I missed it.
Having a Depeche Mode song running through my head right now. It's that type of vibe in my head. Cool, a little hunted, a little empty.
PS. I really like this minimalist style. A string of thoughts in a few twists of phrase. Good stuff!
