Playful tricks

My mind is gone,
Beyond repair,
Seeing things,
That aren't there,
Is this the effect,
Of my medications?
Or is it false hope,
Useless expectations,
Did I do something,
I don't remember,
Why on the ground,
Are bodies dismembered,
The blood seeping out,
Of their lifeless parts,
It's a wonderful composure,
This masterpiece of art,
Still I trench through,
This dark affair,
Seeing things,
That aren't really there.
