I pledge null allegiance to the flag
Of the coalated states of America
Nor to the Republicans for whom it stands
His Nation
Above God
Visibly
Liberating with force
and Justifying all
With fear of what might be
And greed for oil he can seize
Through too much pride in his country
God Bless the United.... Nations!

this poem sounds more like it was a premonition to how it relates even more from 2004-now

The more things change, the more Republicans sink into denile. The House Republicans do nothing to keep President Obama from repairing the destruction of the Bush administration and hope their followers buy the BS shoveled into their laps. Defund Obamas Health care plan and don't pass anything he puts up for them to pass. But Dems are not fools and when it comes time to vote, there is simply no way to make them think President Obama had anything to do with the economic problems America faces. If Repubs did their job, we'd be having an even better rocovery and President Obama could share the credit with them. But the wilful inaction by the House Repubs is treasonous and unAmerican... JJ
