A dream of you and me
As I lay my soul and close my eyes
I raise my hand as I trace your face
I stare at you with mounting hopes
Desire filmed my smoldering soul.
I wrap my arms around your waist
As we walk under the moonlit shore
Then I look at you while thinking haste
I could not ask anything more…
Endlessly we make love through the night
On shattered grains of prevailing affection
But then I woke up and you were gone
Everything was just my love’s delusion…
Persisting dream of you and me
My fear is still, I am shut and slur.
I can only wish that someday there will be
A reality of love for you and me.
