A rave, expression of unity
people dancing under the stars
greeting the sunrise
songs on their lips, dancing feet
 
Hell flew down from the heavens
singing, screaming, silence
dancing, running, hiding
 
Slaughter a party
party a massacre
gala of inhuman torture
Lives balanced on single breaths
 
Souls captured, hidden away
Forever in tunnels to stay
Should the monsters had their way
 
Surely this was the edge of humanity
no, it was only beginning of insanity
 
The world turns away
painting victim aggressor  
dead or alive, dead and alive
 
More than a year  
just like yesterday
depthless savagery, limitless
chances to inflict agony never wasted
 
Forced kisses on faces of sadistic demons
who give us lies, tricks, coffins
Trading terrorists for corpses
swapping demons for the innocent
 
Nearly a year and a half ago
today, tomorrow, next week
Hell is a place on earth
we live in, with no escape.  
 
Please, Gd help us
never seemed so distant
No prayer goes to waste
Yet where do they go?
