Tarot Cards
Each Monday I draw tarot cards
to review my current condition
To give me a direction
in this silly world we live in
By Sunday I'm sad again-
What little steps I've took-
The third card says to rest
but I burn calories through guilt
I want to be a haven
I want to revolute
I want to dive right back into
The situations that removed
me from myself
The tarot cards tell me to rest
and heal
and to prepare
because what good are my dreams
if I don't believe that they can manifest a better world
