What If God Was Like Thanos

What if God were a force of entropy
a being of cold calculated physics
snapping His fingers to reset the system
erasing half of all existence
to restore balance to a chaotic universe

What if He viewed life
not as sacred but as data
a fluctuation in the great equation
dispensable when the numbers didn't add up
would we be reduced to mere variables
our suffering just an inevitable side effect
no different than a dying star or a collapsing galaxy

What if He saw the universe
not as a creation to nurture
but as a process to optimize
a machine that required recalibration
and in His mind the cost was justified
the death of billions
the destruction of worlds
all for the sake of perfect order

Would we understand His logic
the cold math that made us expendable
or would we scream into the void
drowned by the finality of His decision
our existence erased like a line of code
no longer needed in the program

What if God was like Thanos
a being so powerful
so indifferent to the smallness of life
that He could wipe us from existence
with a single snap
and the universe would move on
unchanged
unmoved by our loss
