Eyes Cloudy
Eyes once bright with sunlight.
Now clouded with thunderstorms.
Stormy arguments on our horizon,
I don’t understand what happened to us.
Eyes once serenely an oasis.
Now a tempest booms in our hearts.
Hues of rage and sorrow paint our horizon,
I’m confounded whether we’ll be the same.
