So, we get a proper night sleep
we never stay up past our bedtime because
We would jeopardize our sleep
Before we sleep, we take medication for our depression
The medication keeps us stable
Also tomorrow is another day
That arrives early in the morning
We also get up early every single morning
We haven't had crises for 4 years now
