We Sinking
We sinking
Baby do you see us sinking
We drowning
Baby I don't know how to swim
The ship is sinking, the captain knows
Passengers are clueless, but everybody shows
I guess we’re all drowning, suppose we all know
The weight of the water pulling us below
Did you see the signals?
Did they sound the horn?
Did you see us sinking?
The label held the warning
The waves were crashing, no lifeboats in sight
The stars were hiding, no guiding light
We held on tighter to the lies we were told
The truth was sinking, but the water was cold
Did you see the signals?
Did they sound the horn?
Did you see us sinking?
The label held the warning
The waves were crashing, no lifeboats in sight
The stars were hiding, no guiding light
We held on tighter to the lies we were told
The truth was sinking, but the water was cold
Did you see the signals?
Did they sound the horn?
Did you see us sinking?
The label held the warning
The captain's silence spoke too loud
A heavy heart, a sinking shroud
Did you feel the weight of it all?
The fall was ours to call
The ship is gone, the sea is calm
But the echoes linger on and on
Did you get a lifeline?
Or did you let it go?
Guess we’re all just drowning
In what we’ll never know
