the perils of drink and woman

Have you ever messed about with a chemistry set
Twisted words into a manipulation of your sex
Fought so long you were forgotten, bar rotten?
Drowned in yeast, potato water on Bachus' word?

A feminist trapped in a world of men,
laugh not, the walls are thick, heads will roll
a woman who knows not her reason, just her hate
Fear is a her friend and her soul will coat the bottle.

Tangled up in a web of urban souls at sea,
Stomping ground upon the vines that weave out the dirt
Our streets will chant the name, running with the chariot
No man could ever reach this height of insanity

Across land she has roamed from across seas they came
Bound and bled at her feet, in the name of they deity
Righteous and broken, so far from her origin of truth
Why must they continue to fil up this vessel and blame the spirit?
